At PPF we train athletes at ALL levels.  We start by evaluating each athlete to design personalized programs that specifically address individual strengths and weaknesses. We use data to drive player development and continue to assess throughout training. We provide training that is specific to individual positions for any sport including football, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. Our approach is proven to be effective in delivering immediate improvements. Offering more than 20 years of experience in training athletes of all levels, our coaching staff provides the know-how and attention every athlete needs to reach their competitive edge.

ELEMENTARY ATHLETE

Our program is designed for the youngest of athletes, working on all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment. We focus on increasing movement awareness, balance, coordination, speed & agility. Setting up a solid athletic foundation is essential to our young athlete's future success.

MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETE

Our program builds on the foundational elements of change of direction, acceleration, and speed and agility. An added element to this stage of athleticism is specialized instruction in weight training. We work on developing gym etiquette, safety, and proper form within the weight room without sacrificing flexibility and mobility, as well as the need for enhancing speed.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE

We understand the importance of on-the-field performance and how effective training transfers to the field of play when competing for starting positions and scholarships. Our program focuses on change of direction, acceleration, and power training. We work on developing flexibility and mobility, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.

COLLEGE/PRO ATHLETE

PPF Athletics understands what it takes to develop an athlete. We follow a science-based program that allows us to train hard with a purpose. Our sole focus is to challenge our athlete in both the mental and physical capacity in effort of bringing out their full potential. An exceptional amount of time and attention is dedicated to each individual in order to properly develop them. Through precision, our training program is design to allow our athletes to peak at the targeted time, giving them the best opportunity to shine on their Pro Day, Combine, and in Training Camp.

TEAM

Group/Team training allows us to work closely with the coach on specific aspects of athleticism and/or endurance needs. This is also a great opportunity to promote team building and comradery.

RICHARD CAMP  

Head Coach/Lead Trainer for Athletes

B.A. English, CPT., CSCS

Early on Richard played high school football at Lithonia High and Collegiate Football at the University of West Georgia where he also has a Bachelor's Degree in English. After college, Richard joined the United States Army and served our nation for four years. Richard has over twenty years of coaching experience. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer. In the past Richard has held a Level 1 CrossFit Certification as well. Throughout his career, he has worked with numerous professional athletes across all sports and has aided countless high school athletes in receiving scholarships to college. His passion is connecting with the athlete and getting the most out of them.
