STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The cornerstone of PPF Athletics is our strength and conditioning based classes. As with most strength training programs, this program is fundamental to athletes of all ages and experience levels as it offers the most benefits. Through our strength based conditioning program, you will become leaner, healthier, prevent injuries, gain greater coordination and balance, and also add years to your life. As a proven factor in aiding in ones’ overall quality of life, strength based programs are being recommended by most doctors for all ages. At PPF Athletics our strength classes are a one stop shop as they encompass metabolic conditioning, muscle building, and body weight mastery while using various equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, resistance equipment, kettlebells, and so much more. Our bootcamp style classes offer constantly varied workouts that keep you engaged and motivated. PERSONAL TRAINING

Our  Personal Training program provides our clients with the skills, knowledge, and motivation for guaranteed success and maximum results with every workout. Motivation is often the key to success in any type of exercise routine, and our trainers know how to keep that going.  We provide an in depth analysis for our clients based on their current level of fitness and the individual goals they’re looking to accomplish.
